- 2 cups 2 cups coconut milk or any nut milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3/4 cup soaked walnuts
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp lucuma powder
- 1 tsp acai powder
- 2 dates (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Soak walnuts overnight. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
