Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 cups coconut milk or any nut milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup soaked walnuts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 2 dates (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Soak walnuts overnight. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
