- 2 cups strawberries
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 oz fresh basil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Place the washed strawberries in a single layer on a baking pan lined with parchment paper folded up on the sides to seize the juices.
Roast the strawberries in a preheated 425F/220C oven until they caramelize, about 15-20 minutes.
Toss all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend them until smooth.
