Broccoli Salad Recipe

- 2 pound broccoli crowns
- 2 green apples
- 1 kohlrabi (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried black currants
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- roasted strawberry dressing
Chop the broccoli florets into ½-inch pieces. You can also lightly steam the broccoli.
Dice the apples and onions into small pieces.
Transfer the ingredients to a bowl. Add strawberry dressing and toss to coat.
Season to taste, let it marinade for at least 2 hours.
Add currants, and serve.
