  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup

    pineapple

    romaine

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp mint chopped
  • juice from 1 lime
