- 1/2 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1/8 tbsp sea salt
- 1/8 tbsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp honey raw
Squeeze fresh oranges to obtain 1/2 cup of juice. If possible, choose organic oranges to avoid pesticides or additives.
Pour the fresh orange juice into a glass.
Add the sea salt and cream of tartar to the orange juice.
Stir the mixture well until the salt and cream of tartar dissolve completely.
If desired, add raw honey for a touch of sweetness and mix again.
