  • 1/2 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/8 tbsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tbsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp honey raw

Instructions

  • Squeeze fresh oranges to obtain 1/2 cup of juice. If possible, choose organic oranges to avoid pesticides or additives.
  • Pour the fresh orange juice into a glass.
  • Add the sea salt and cream of tartar to the orange juice.
  • Stir the mixture well until the salt and cream of tartar dissolve completely.
  • If desired, add raw honey for a touch of sweetness and mix again.
