Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Steak tri-tip or sirloin)
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt
  • 3/4 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Compounded herb butter or regular unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp Parsley minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for five minutes.
    2. In a small bowl, mix the sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
    3. Using a cutting board and a steak knife, cut the steak into roughly 1-inch cubes.
    4. Toss the meat in the spice mix and olive oil until evenly coated.
    5. Add half of the meat to the air fryer and cook for 7-9 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the steak reaches 140 degrees.
    6. As the steak bites cook, melt the butter. Then, mix in the freshly minced parsley.
    7. Toss the cooked steak bites in the butter mixture, then serve warm.
