- 1 head Broccoli about 3 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 Eggs large
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Place the broken broccoli florets in the blender bowl. Blend until very finely chopped.2.
