Ingredients

  • 2 Butternut squash medium, preferably on the long side
  • 1/2 cup Permesan
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Toss the squash slices in a small bowl with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
    3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on your baking sheet, then lay the chips out in a single layer on teh cheese. Make sure they’re not overlapping so they get nice and crispy.
    4. Sprinkle the Parmesan evenly over each slice. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Watch closely near the end, the cheese can go from golden to burnt quickly.
    5. For an air fryer version, cook them in the air fryer basket at 370 degrees for 10-12 minutes, checking halfway through.
