Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Cashew soaked
  • 2 spring Green onion
  • 4 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 Jalapeno seedless
  • 3/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water or more if needed

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews for 12 hours in a bowl of cold water. Or soak it in boiled water for 15 minutes.
    Strain the cashews and transfer it to a high-speed blender.
    Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
