- 1 Onion diced
- 1 tbsp Garlic minced
- 24 oz Cottage cheese
- 1 Red pepper diced
- 1 Yellow pepper diced
- 5 oz Spinach
- 1/'2 cup Feta cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar shredded
- 3/4 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/'4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil chopped
