  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cup Dragon fruit fresh
  • 1 cup Red dragon fruit frozen
  • 1 cup Lemon juice
  • 8 cups Water

Instructions

  • Start by scooping the flesh from the dragon fruit and blend until smooth. The vibrant color of the puree is guaranteed to make your lemonade pop!
    Juice lemons.
Make a simple syrup with erythritol and water: add water and erythritol to a small saucepan and boil until the erythritol dissolves. Set it aside and cool it.
In a large pitcher, combine the dragon fruit puree, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and water. The mixture should be a striking pink color.
Add ice cubes and give it a little stir. This step is crucial for a cool and invigorating drink.
Serve in glasses garnished with lemon slices and extra dragon fruit.
