Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or plant-based
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dill
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cold water if needed
