- 1 cup Wild garlic leaves roughly chopped
- 1 cup Greek yougurt or sour cream You can also use coconut yogurt or skip this
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Prepare the Wild Garlic: Rinse the wild garlic leaves thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel and roughly chop them.Blend Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine the wild garlic leaves, Greek yogurt or sour cream, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh lemon juice. If you're using any optional ingredients like herbs, garlic, or nuts, add them to the blender as well.Season to Taste: Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. Keep in mind that wild garlic has a naturally pungent flavor, so you may not need as much salt as you would with other dips. You can always adjust the seasoning later if needed.Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Pause occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.Taste and Adjust: Once blended, taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your preference.Serve and Enjoy: Transfer the wild garlic dip to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and freshly chopped herbs, if desired. Serve the dip with an assortment of dippable foods such as fresh vegetables, bread, or crackers.Storage: Any leftover wild garlic dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Make sure to give it a stir before serving again.

- Crushed red pepper flakes or chili powder (for heat)
- Garlic cloves (for extra garlic flavor)
- Nuts or seeds (such as pine nuts or sunflower seeds, toasted)
- Parmesan cheese (for a cheesy twist)
