Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Starwberries
  • 1 lbs Bleuberries
  • 2 Oranges quatered
  • 2 Lemons quatered
  • 6 inches Ginger
  • 4 oz Basil
  • 1/2 cup Raw honey
  • Water

Instructions

  • Wash all the fruits.
    2. Cut the oranges, limes, and lemon into quarters.
    3. Slice ginger.
    4. Dissolve the honey in 2 cups of warm water.
    5. Transfer everything into a large jar for fermenting. Choose a 2-gallon jar, so you have more soda.
    6. Cover loosely with a cloth and let it sit at room temperature for five days until it begins to bubble. The carbon dioxide produced during fermentation gives the soda its desired fizz.
    7. Strain the liquid into bottles, seal tightly, and leave at room temperature for another day for a naturally fizzy fruit drink.
    8. Chill and enjoy your strawberry blueberry gut drink as a refreshing summer drink.
