Ingredients

4 tbsp Cinnamon ground
2 tsp Cloves ground
1 tsp Cardamon pods ground
1/2 tsp Nutmeg ground
1 tsp Corriander ground
1 tsp Ginger dried
1 tsp Anise seed ground
1 tsp Star anise ground
6 Peppercorns ground

Instructions

Place whole spices in a coffee grinder and grind until they are fine.
Mix the spices together thoroughly and place in an airtight container to store
