- 2 Sweet potatoes small
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Sage chopped
- 2 tbsp Thyme chopped
- 3/4 cup Chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup Butter or olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
