Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Hazelnuts roasted or hazelnut meal ( or more if needed)
  • 3/4 cup Black cacao
  • 10 Dates soaked
  • 20 drops Rose petals extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil more if needed
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup or more if needed

Instructions

  • Pulse roasted hazelnuts in a food processor until they break down into a fine, slightly oily texture. Or you can use Hazelnut meal.
    2.Add soaked dates and pulse it again. Add the black cacao, salt, and rose petals and pulse again until everything is well combined.
    3. Drizzle in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and rose extract, hent process until the mixture comes together and sticks when pressed.
    4. Roll into small balls, using your hands, and place them on a plate or tray. You can roll part of the balls in crushed rose petals.
    5. Chill briefly to firm up, or enjoy right away if you can't wait. These are easy, forgiving, and honestly hard to mess up.
