- 4 Heirloom tomatoes medium to large
- 1 English cucumber
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 Red bell pepper
- 1 Shallot small
- 1/2 cup Basil packed
- 1/4 Serrano chili or more if you like it spicy
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/8 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
