Ingredients

  • 3 cups Frozen mixed berries or fresh one cup of berries of your choice
  • 1 Green banana
  • 2 cups Nut milk of your choice. I like to use coconut milk
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Romaine lettuce (if they are 3 in the pack) if they are sold separately just use one
  • 2 tbsp Collagen
  • 2 tbsp Maca powder
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp Green powder
  • 1/4 cup Hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Water if needed for blending

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
