Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lavender grounder, or more if needed
  • 1 tbsp Lavender syrup
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Soften the cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
    2. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip it until completely smooth and airy. This step is key to achieving that luxuriously light texture. You can also use a food processor, but the texture wil be a little different; it will work.
    3. Grind your lavender blossoms in the coffee grinder.
    4. Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and continue whipping until fully incorporated and fluffy.
    5. Stir in the crushed culinary lavender and lavender syrup. Mix gently but thoroughly to evenly distribute the flavor.
    6. Fold in the lemon zest, then add a small splash of lemon juice. Taste and adjust as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for about 20–30 minutes, and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with lavender flowers and lemon zest.
