- 3 cups Leftover roasted turkey meat shredded or chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Pico de Gallo
- 1 cup Salsa verde
- 3 springs Green onion
- 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Jalapeno sliced or diced
- 2 Limes to juice
Mix your spices (smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, onion, and garlic powder) in a medium bowl.2. Chop or shred your turkey and transfer it to the bowl with spices and incorporate the spices into the meat.3. Warm your turkey in a skillet with a little oil and a spoonful of salsa verde to keep it juicy.4. Warm up your tortillas.5. Slice jalapeño, chop cilantro and green onion.
