Ingredients

  • 12 oz Butter
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary chopped
  • 2 tbsp Thyme chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Garlic mint
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Let your grass-fed butter soften at room temperature until it is easy to mix but not melted.
    2. Finely chop the fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, and sage so the aromatic fresh herbs distribute evenly throughout the butter.
    3. Mince the garlic cloves and zest the lemon to capture those fragrant citrus oils.
    4. Place the softened butter in a bowl and add the chopped herbs, lemon zest, minced garlic, a squeeze of lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper.
    5. Using a spoon or spatula, mix everything together until the herbs and citrus are evenly incorporated.T
