  • 1 bunch of radish
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper optional
  • red onion, green onion or chives optional - diced

Instructions

Making Mizeria is incredibly easy and takes only a few minutes. Here are the steps:

  • Start by slicing the cucumbers and radishes thinly. You can use a mandoline or a sharp knife to do this.
  • Place the sliced cucumbers and radish in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream and chopped dill.
  • Once the cucumbers have released some of their water, drain off the excess liquid and add the cucumbers to the bowl with the sour cream mixture.
  • Toss the cucumbers and radishes with the sour cream mixture until they are coated evenly.
  • Mix with lemon juice.
  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

That's it! Your Mizeria is ready to enjoy.
