- 1/2 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed (about 2-3 oranges)
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes if you like it spicy
