For Mocktail
- 5 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp Ginger syrup
- 5 oz Ginger Ale
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger minced
- 1 Lime juiced
- Lime twist to garnish

- 3/4 cup Erythritol or sugar
- 1 cup Ginger peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Water
Ginger SyrupIn a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring until the erythritol or sugar dissolves. Reduce to a simmer and let it bubble for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to steep for 30 minutes. Strain out the ginger pieces.
