Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 500 ml Vinegar white or apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Cut your pomegranates in half. Remove the arils and place them in a sterilized glass jar.
    2. Slightly bruise the arils, then top with warm white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar and let it cool.
    3. Seal the jar tightly. Place the jar in a windowsill in sunlight and let it steep for 4-6 weeks.
    4. When ready, strain the arils and discard. Pour the vinegar in a sterilised glass bottle.
    5. Store in the fridge for 6-8 months or in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.
