Ingredients

For chia pudding

Raspberry sauce

  • 12 oz Frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • Option toppings: nuts, hemp seeds, bee pollen, grain-free granola like our paleo granola, coconut flakes, nut butter, fresh fruits

Instructions

For the chia pudding:

  • Soak chia seed in coconut milk for 20 minutes in a medium bowl.
  • Make a raspberry sauce.
Put granola on the bottom of the jar, then the chia pudding, and then raspberry sauce, and repeat it.

For the raspberry sauce

  • Put the raspberries and water in the pan over medium heat and let them cook for 5-8 minutes while you stir continuously. Once the mixture and especially the berries have been broken down, you can now add in vanilla then stir it. You can also add maple syrup and then simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now remove from heat and let it cool.
