- 18 oz Raspberries fresh
- 1/2 cup Granola
- 1/4 cup Erythritol + 2 tbsp for whipping cream
- 1 cups Whipped cream
- Chocolate shaving for decoration
- Blackberries for garnish

Wash 12 oz of raspberries and pat dry with a paper towel.Transfer to a small saucepan. Add erythritol and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain in through the mesh sieve and let it cool.
