Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots shredded or zoodled
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 4 Radishes sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black cumin seeds for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Combine the shredded or zoodled carrots and broccoli sprouts in a large bowl.
    Slice radishes.
    Whisk together the melted coconut oil, coconut aminos, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
    Pour the dressing over the carrot and broccoli sprout mixture and toss to combine.
    Sprinkle with seeds of your choice if desired.
