  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 oz fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • Place the washed strawberries in a single layer on a baking pan lined with parchment paper folded up on the sides to seize the juices.
  • Roast the strawberries in a preheated 425F/220C oven until they caramelize, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Toss all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend them until smooth.
