Start by adding your peanut butter and butter to a mixing bowl. Beat on high until creamed together. Add in your powdered sugar and coconut flour and 1/4 cup of milk. Mix together and then knead with your hands until very well combined. The dough should be the consistency of play dough. If it is too stiff, add another tablespoon of milk.Roll into a ball and roll out flat with your rolling pin, until about ½ inch thick.Begin pushing your cookie cutter through the dough until it is all used up and you have several peanut butter hearts. Place on parchment paper and place in the freezer for one hour. Melt down your pink and white chocolates in separate microwave-safe bowls. I microwave in one-minute intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil if your chocolate ever becomes too stiff! Remove your peanut butter hearts from the freezer. Using a fork, dip them one by one in either your white or pink chocolate. Place on parchment paper. Let stand until chocolate is set and hardened. Decorate as desired! I poured some leftover chocolate in a piping back and drizzled some on top. You can also add sprinkles immediately after dipping before chocolate sets. The possibilities are endless! Get creative. Serve and enjoy!
