- 12 oz White Chocoalte I used Lilys because it has no sugar
- 3/4 cup Walunts Chopped
- 3 tbsp Nettle Seeds Optional
- 3/4 cup Freeze droed raspberries
Step 1: Melt the White ChocolateStart by melting the white chocolate. You can do this in the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl by heating it in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until it's completely melted with a rubber spatula. Alternatively, gently melt the chocolate over simmering water using a double boiler. Stir frequently to ensure it melts evenly and smoothly.Step 2: Prepare the Baking SheetLine a large baking sheet with parchment paper. This will make it easy to remove the bark once it has set. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread it out evenly with a spatula, aiming for a thickness of about 1/4 inch.Step 3: Add the ToppingsNow, sprinkle the freeze-dried raspberries over the melted chocolate. Follow with the nettle seeds, and then add the chopped walnuts. Make sure the toppings are distributed evenly so that each bite is full of flavor.Step 4: Let it SetAllow the chocolate to cool and harden. To speed up the process, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes or let it sit at room temperature for about an hour.Step 5: Break into PiecesOnce the chocolate has fully set, remove the parchment paper from the baking sheet. Break the bark into pieces of your desired size. Store the pieces in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
