  • Chop ginger and turmeric and add them to the pot.
    Slice oranges and lemons and add them to the pot.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and put water in it.
    Use low or medium heat and cook it for at least an hour.
    If you use it as tea, just strain the herbs and pour it into a teacup.
