- 2 1/2 cups cashews
- 2 cups water or broth
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon
- 1 tsp sea salt
Soak the cashews
Put raw cashews into a large bowl and cover the cashews with cold water. Soak at room temperature for 4 hours.
Rinse the cashews and blend them with the remaining ingredients.
