- 2 Bananas plus one banana for decoration
- 4 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup Milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp Raw honey optional
Chocolate glaze
- 1 Dark chocolate lily's - no sugar
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with the almond milk and honey. Mix well and set aside for 15 - 20 minutes.2. Mash the bananas very finely with a fork.Note: You can also use a blender for the banana.3. Once the chia has swelled and absorbed the milk, add the banana and mix well. Set aside.4. Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl. Melt in a water bath or the microwave. The chocolate should be liquid enough to be able to pour it easily.Note: If necessary, add more butter.Assemble the Pudding:1. In a glass, add the chia mixture to almost fill the glass.2. Add the melted chocolate.3. Set aside or in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set the chocolate, but not completely.4. Add the sliced banana, decorate with more liquid chocolate, and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.5. Let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator or overnight.
