- Once the chia has swelled and absorbed the milk, add the banana and mix well. Set aside.
- Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl. Melt in a water bath or the microwave. The chocolate should be liquid enough to be able to pour it easily.
- Note: If necessary, add more butter.
- Assemble the Pudding: In a glass, add the chia mixture to almost fill the glass.
Add the melted chocolate. Set aside or refrigerate for 10 minutes to partially set the chocolate. Add the sliced banana, decorate with more liquid chocolate, and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
