Ingredients

  • 8 oz Mezcal
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin syrup
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin purre
  • 2 tbsp Apple butter
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Coconut milk from a can
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipping cream optional
  • Macadamia nuts optional, crushed

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker (or a mason jar if that’s what you have on hand), combine mezcal, pumpkin puree, apple butter, pumpkin syrup, apple cider, and coconut milk. Add a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and a drop of vanilla extract.
    2. Shake vigorously with ice until it’s creamy and chilled.
    3. Strain (if you want to) into a glass over fresh ice, or pour it straight into a cozy mug if you want a warmer version.
