Detox Bath Recipe for Healthy Hormones

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups Epsom Salt
  • 1/2 cup Bentonite Clay
  • 1/4 cup Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vitamin C Powder
  • 10 drops Clary sage or Lavender essential oil or both

Instructions

  • Toss the dry ingredients on teh bottom of the bathtub. Then, add the essential oils on top of it. Make sure that they blend well so they won't burn you. You can also mix it with 1 tbsp of any carrier oil, such as jojoba or avocado oil.
    Mix these ingredients in a warm bath and soak for 20-30 minutes.
    Make sure to stay hydrated before and after your bath, as the process can be dehydrating.
