Make sure to stay hydrated before and after your bath, as the process can be dehydrating.

I have to mention that I had issues with taking hot baths at first. I think I just did not like such hot water. I had the same experience going to the hot spring. But I slowly worked on it. First, I started with warm water, and then I made baths warmer and warmer. Now i take hot bath with no issues.
