powder - 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1 1/2 cup full fat milk coconut
- 1/2 tbsp dandelion root ground
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp chaga mushrooms
ground - black pepper pinch
- cardamom dash
