- 3 cups Greek Yogurt plain
- 1/2 cup Raspberries fresh or freeze-dried
- 1/2 cup Walnits chopped
- 1/4 cup Black cherry St.Dalfour jelly
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Salt
Start by preparing the yogurt mixture. Pour your plain Greek yogurt and cinnamon into a medium bowl. You can also add a pinch of salt or vanilla extract if you want. Stir the yogurt mixture until well combined.Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.Now spread the Greek yogurt mixture into a thin, even layer on the parchment paper or silicon baking sheet.Evenly add your toppings. Sprinkle the freeze-dried raspberries, sliced strawberries, and chopped walnuts over the yogurt mixture. You can gently press the toppings into the mixture.For a little sweetener, drizzle the black cherry St. Dalfour jelly over the yogurt bark.Now place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for about 3 to 4 hours. Freeze until firm.Once frozen solid, break it into pieces and serve. Keep any leftovers in a freezer bag or airtight container in the freezer.
