Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or more if needed
  • 2 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 oz Capers
  • 4 oz Green olives
  • 1 tbsp Chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp Parsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tbsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Raw honey optional

Instructions

  • Add the soft feta, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt to a food processor.
    2. Blend until completely smooth and fluffy. Scrape down the sides so everything incorporates evenly.
    3. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and red pepper flakes. Blend again until airy and creamy.
    4. Fold in finely chopped capers, olives, and fresh mint, chives and parsley.
    5. I like to pulse briefly so you still get little flecks of texture.
    6. Spoon into a shallow bowl, swirl the top with the back of a spoon, drizzle with more olive oil, and sprinkle extra herbs, capers and olives. That’s it. Your 5-minute whipped feta is ready.
