Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Rhubarb syrup
  • 6 tbsp Strawberry coulis or mashed strawberry
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Raw honey If needed
  • 10 drops Citrus bitters optional
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Combine the rhubarb syrup with the strawberry coulis in the bottom of your glass or pitcher for a more than 2 drinks.
    2. Add the lemon juice and honey, mixing until everything is fully combined. A small whisk or a spoon works perfectly here.
    3. Add the citrus bitters next, then top everything with plenty of chilled mineral water. Give it a gentle stir so the bubbles don’t disappear.
    4. Add ice if you want it extra cold, garnish with strawberries, rhubarb ribbons, or a sprig of mint, and enjoy immediately.
