Hi there, allow me to introduce myself…

I’m Angie, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant. I received my education from Bauman College Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Boulder, Co. Before becoming a Nutrition Consultant I was a Chef and I owned restaurants in the USA, and I was also a Holistic Personal Chef.

I’m an expert in helping you to feel better with targeted nutrition, changing lifestyle, mindset, balance your hormones, finding your purpose, improve your relationship with yourself, and connect to your feminine, and authentic self-expression.

My journey with health issues started with anxiety, gut problems including Candia and leaky gut, estrogen dominance, HPA axis dysfunction, vitamin and minerals deficiencies and hair loss – you name it! I had it all! I took action and I decided to do something with it.


  • To help myself to be nutritionally balanced and healthy.
  • I was tired of having imbalanced hormones and seriously thought that this madness will never end.
  • I wanted to come back to my roots with the food I used to eat and my lifestyle.
  • I wanted to work on my mindset because addressing our thought processes is an important tool in relation to healing.
  • I wanted to help women to feel great because they deserve it!

I work with women who want to achieve hormonal balance and have the life they want to and deserve. We work on healing the gut, balancing blood sugar, liver detoxification, optimizing adrenals, self-care, spirituality, making changes in lifestyle, mindset,  as well as discovering our connection to the feminine.

I’m a believer in the healing power of evidence-based nutrition, education, empowerment and healing the body, mind, and spirit through food, support, and personal wellness.

I run my business online so I can help as many women as possible live their life they deserve it and fell great.

I focus on self-care, lifestyle changes, the importance of eating whole and real foods, and my approach to healing and wellbeing is therapeutic, comprehensive, and restorative. As she says: “My favorite therapy involves food because food will help you transform, feel nourished, and promote healing.”


I utilize a holistic approach to nutritional coaching, focusing on the whole person—body, mind and spirit—rather than on weight and calorie counting. I tailor sessions according to an individual’s goals based on her bio- individuality.

The results are individualized objectives—you won’t find a one-size-fits-all approach with my methodology. My approach combines the cutting edge healing power of whole foods, emotional healing, self-care, and a healthy lifestyle.

I know what it feels like to struggle with hormonal imbalances. For many years I suffered from anxiety, leaky gut, food sensitivities, estrogen dominance, severe PMS, high cortisol, adrenal fatigue, acne, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, weight fluctuations, poor methylation and detoxification, and low T3 free levels.

That’s a long list of symptoms!

I took it for granted that since I owned a vegan and raw restaurant I thought I was eating right. But I was struggling. I had issues with almost everything I put into my mouth. The food I loved to eat created serious gut issues that left me completely confused about what to eat at all.

Luckily, I made the right decision to attend nutrition school, which brought clarity to my situation and set me on a meaningful path of healing.


As a woman who struggled with hormonal imbalances, anxiety and gut issues, I want to support other women in regaining their health. In addition to boosting a sense of their internal essence and vitality through diet and lifestyle changes.

I’m passionate about helping women balance their hormones and strive to
create the right space for healing, while respecting bio-individuality.

My primary focus has always been promoting healthy and disease
prevention through healthy eating and living

My mission is to change the lives of women and help them balance their hormones
with nourishing holistic food and Nutrition
