  7. Use a hand blender or transfer the soup to a blender in batches to puree until smooth.
  8. Return the soup to the pot and stir in the cream of your choice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Ladle the bisque into bowls and garnish with cashews gremolata.
