As a nutrition consultant and chef, I spend every winter chasing that magical combination of comfort and nourishment, the kind of soups that make you feel hugged from the inside out and leave your hormones a little less dramatic. I’m all about soup.
Coming from Poland, we literally eat soup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
