Hormone-Friendly Holiday Menu
This hormone-friendly holiday menu is packed with nourishing, anti-inflammatory, blood-sugar-balancing dishes that keep you energized through the season. This guide helps you build a festive menu without the crash, using delicious whole-food recipes.

The Hormone-Friendly Christmas Menu
As a chef and nutrition consultant, I’m always looking to optimize my hormones and my clients’ hormones while still enjoying the magic of the season. Years ago, I realized that most traditional holiday spreads were basically a blood-sugar roller coaster, hello exhaustion, bloating, and the famous “I need a nap under the table” moment. Now, I create meals that feel cozy and nostalgic while keeping my body steady and happy. This holiday menu is built with vibrant produce, healthy fats, quality proteins, and deeply nourishing ingredients that keep your cortisol calmer, your insulin steadier, and your energy pleasantly humming along, even when life gets festive (and a little chaotic). Grab a mug of something warm, and let’s walk through the dishes I love adding to my hormone-friendly holiday table.
