Time to enjoy the fall season, a time of reflection, gratitude, and delicious and unforgettable food. Turkey is the star of the show during Thanksgiving dinner, but we should remember side dishes that add variety to the table.

This year, you might add a few new twists to your traditional lineup with dishes highlighting the best fall produce? Since I’m Polish, I always add some comforting traditional Polish dishes for my Thanksgiving dinner that perfectly fit the season for some variety. I’m not the biggest fan of sweet veggies; hence, I like to make more savory side dishes with deep flavor.
