Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stevia or date
  • 1/2 tsp chicory root
    powder
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1 1/2 cup full fat milk  coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp dandelion root ground
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp chaga mushrooms
    ground
  • black pepper pinch
  • cardamom dash

Instructions

  • Heat the water and cook the chicory root and dandelion root for 10 minutes, then strain it into a blender. Heat the coconut milk, then set your mixer into high-speed. Add steeped tea, and the other ingredients then blend perfectly.
