- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stevia or date
- 1/2 tsp chicory root
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1 1/2 cup full fat milk coconut
- 1/2 tbsp dandelion root ground
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp chaga mushrooms
- black pepper pinch
- cardamom dash
- Heat the water and cook the chicory root and dandelion root for 10 minutes, then strain it into a blender. Heat the coconut milk, then set your mixer into high-speed. Add steeped tea, and the other ingredients then blend perfectly.
